Returns & Rufund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product retains its original factory seal and remains in factory-quality condition. We cannot issue refunds for partially used products or for products that appear to have been handled, opened, or tampered with. The cost of returning any item is at the customer’s own expense, unless the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

Please include your name, email address, and order number along with the product(s) you are returning.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay before a refund is reflected.
